Workshop on Nano and Micro Manufacturing
Topics may include:
- Industry/Customer Needs including: transportation, defense and security, consumer products, energy and environment, and medical sectors. Ideally, these abstracts would communicate the needs of your company or industry.
- Manufacturing Processes including: lithographic techniques, additive and imprint methods, self-assembly, integration and packaging; and overall barriers to commercialization of process technologies.
- Infrastructure Technologies, including: metrology, health and safety, and standards.
- Policy Issues including: intellectual property regulation, perspectives of state and local governments, funding priorities, entrepreneurship and business incubation, education and training. Abstract topics could also include descriptions of successful interactions.
The deadline for submitting abstracts is 8:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time) on March 11, 2013. Title, author names, and abstract should be in a single PDF document, and be 200 words or less.

Abstracts will be reviewed and authors will be notified of acceptance by email on or before March 22, 2013. Accepted authors will be invited to present a poster and an overview slide. Please go here to submit your slide. In order to have your slide included in the online proceedings, which will be available the first day of the workshop, we require a PDF file by May 6, 2013.
